You know how you only find lost things once you replace them? (At least, if you aren't a patient person...) That's why I just found my missing garnet cabuchon earrings in my makeup bag.

Fortunately--ha ha!--the replacement pair from eBay are a very different style, chosen for just such an occurrence. Whaddaya wanna bet they arrive today?
