Because this seems like a good place to ask:

[livejournal.com profile] darkmane has lost his cell phone. Chances are good that it was at a Seagoth function, so if anyone has found a light blue Nokia phone adorned with a superheroine uncharitably dubbed "Bat Slut" by Sean's former manager, please let one of us know!

Also, I miss singing. I no longer have a choir or a project to perform with, so I'm looking. Pagan singing groups in Seattle? Choirs looking for members? [livejournal.com profile] drowninghazel, are you still up for a project?

I'm afraid that SUUC and I may have come to a parting of the ways. It started with that chancel-decorations thing, and no one's done much of anything to change my feelings there--church stopped feeling like my "safe place" some time ago. Aside from some people on the board, no one even called or sent a card when I was recuperating, even after it appeared in Jo's Jottings. And the board itself has been unpleasant enough this past year to discourage me. We'll probably change ourselves from "members" to "friends" and keep some connection, but I don't see how it can ever be how it was. I've found other places to get most of my needs met, and pretty much moved on. I very much grieve what I used to have at SUUC, but that ship seems to have sailed.

Plus there's the whole matter of having an actual choir director and a time to rehearse that I can be at. ;-P
