Wow, I think I'm the only person who slept well last night. A little too well, in fact, considering the difficulty I had getting myself up.

Last night I started working on a skirt that I'd meant to make last year but which ended up languishing on the pile of pending projects. It went so well last night that I'm wondering if I might have time to finish it this afternoon/evening to wear it out to DIE. (Going home and getting straight to work would also have the benefit of keeping me from wandering into any shops on the way home--a risk on Tuesdays when I have that time available.) I'll have my skirt soon, regardless, which will be nice.

One final note: If I'm nice enough to rescue a spider from drowning when he falls into the shower, shouldn't I have some sort of political immunity against bites? Ungrateful little bastards.

I slept well. Really well. So well my wife had to nag me to get me out of bed.

Yes, you should have immunity. There must be a bug in the system. My parents and I were discussing how certain rules need to be re-written. Like wine shouldn't have any calories, rescued spiders should have no bite.
