Sickness all around

No no no!! I can't be sick again! I'm barely over the last one--that nasty cough-chest cold thing that everyone was getting--and although I didn't have it as badly as many, it took forever to go away. And then I neatly segued into hayfever, and now I suspect I'm sick again. I'm very congested and that's a sensation that really irritates me--far more than coughing or a minor sore throat (strep is another beast altogether, and one we need not mention here. I hope).

I have got to start getting enough sleep--that would be the best thing to do for my poor immune system. And find some herbal options, as cold medications and Mila do not coexist in peace. Goldenseal, or is that only for allergies?

Also it looks like Mazzy kitty will be making a trip to the vet in the next day or so (don't ask unless you really want to know). Which of course will result in further money issues. Grr. At least I have insurance should this illness get to that point...
