Help!

I have spent the day trapped inside my ADD-raddled brain (except for the times I ended up behind drivers attempting to make left-hand turns, which I think was hours). I have been lost, I have gone circuitous routes not-by-choice, I have returned home twice for things I forgot--including the keys to my cat-sitting client's house in Sand Point (a no-less-than 20 minute drive from home at the best of times). I have felt foggy and muzzy and completely unproductive. Now I have to take in the skirt I hope to wear tonight as quickly as possible and hope that I do it right the first time, and I still have to grab a shower.

I want out. NOW.
