Thanksgiving: Day 1--Observations

Well,that was tolerable. Could have been a lot worse. Although it was weirdly like going out with coworkers you don't know very well...

Flying Fish has tremendous desserts. Particularly the plate with the creme brulee, pear compote, and beignets that taste like a French movie.

Merlot is a good thing. Good merlot is an even better one.

Yeah, it was a pretty good evening.

Other than 1 rude event when we arrived, Mila's folks were pretty civil. They included her in the conversation and everything.

I have to add that Pear Brandy is pretty good too.
